Long Term Financing
Financing where there is no expected payout in the near term.

Unsecured Loans
Loans that have absolutely no security or collateral to offer.

Lines of Credit or Overdrafts
Revolving credit facilities where the balance can continuously be readvanced on.

Debt Consolidation
Refinancing or restructuring of existing debt to bundle it into one loan for the ease of one payment.

Credit Repair
Obtaining a loan for the purpose of rebuilding one's credit from bad debts, settlements, priority claims and bankruptcy.

Jurisdiction
Loans where either the borrower resides or the incorporation is outside British Columbia. Security or collateral that is located outside of BC.

Large Scale Lending
Lending which requires a significant amount of capital with regards to business, asset or property purchases. Mergers, franchises, etc.

Working Capital, Sales Floor Management, Margin Facilities
Credit products that require ongoing or regular monitoring.
